The Second Dream


In a temple where no one asks and no one answers, the body lies for the last time in human form.

Gold quietly gathers over what was still alive; from above it rises a single vertical thread of cold radiance – into what will never return the same.

Above it, rings of light open, as though space itself had prepared to receive what the body releases. Far beyond, the city lights still burn.

The civilization knows. The civilization keeps its silence.
